Any individual and organization wanting to make use of a website to post internships/jobs for self or for an organization he/she represents are referred to as "Employee" or "Employers" as the context may demands.
Any person wanting to use the website, to apply to Jobs available on Internkro is considered as an "Applicant" or "Applicants" as the context may demand.
If you are using the Internkro website, you have to agree :
(a) Provide complete, current, and accurate information about yourself in any registration forms on the website. ("Registration Data");
(b) It is required to update your Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Internkro, to keep it complete, current, and accurate;
(c) Maintains the security of your password and identifications;
(d) Inform Internkro immediately if any unauthorized use of your account, any other violation of securities;
(e) Accept all responsibilities for all activities that occur under your account;
These terms, especially for Employers, are other generic Terms & Conditions listed on the page which are common for all the users of the website and which you are required to read carefully. Any violation of these terms may result in, but not limited to, an Employer's Job being declined for publication on internkro and/or his/her account being permanently blocked and/or appropriate legal action being initiated against him/her by Internkro.
It is your liability to ensure that you are the right person to post Jobs on your organization's behalf. Any kind of dispute or legal claim on unauthorized posting would be solely your liability and you compensate Internkro of all possible consequences of such actions. If you upload your organization's logo while posting your Job or creating/updating your company profile, you are authorizing Internkro to display it on our website along with Job post or in the list of our customers. It is your liability to ensure that you are authorized to share your organization's logo with 3rd parties and allow them to use it. Internkro reserves the right to publish the Job post of Employers on its social media handles and job board partners like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. You must provide accurate and complete details about the organizations and the Jobs. Any act of misinformation or hiding material information would result in your account being permanently blocked or any other suitable actions as deemed fit by Internkro. You may be asked for your documents in the name of your company for our 1st-time user authentications process. These pieces of information will only be used for authentication purposes and will not be used anywhere else in any form.
The minimum stipend we provide for an in-office internship is Rs. 2000/Month and for a work from a home, internship stipend is Rs. 1000/Month. The minimum CTC criteria for a full-time job post is 1.5-3 LPA.
Internkro does not allow Unpaid internships, except for NGOs/NPOs & some other profiles (Experimental Physics, Law, , Library Science, and the likes). Such Training program where Applicants are expected to pay a security deposit or an admission fee. To charge money in any form (including test fee, security deposit, documentation fee, etc.) from the Applicants for offering Job is strictly prohibited. Modeling Jobs from lesser-known companies. Network Marketing jobs/internships where individuals/ applicants have to use their network connections and personal social media accounts to promote a business. Any Job where there is a possibility of an Applicants consuming alcohol or smoking or inducing others to do so, as the majority of our users are underage. Individuals or organizations promoting explicit religious content, a particular religious personality, etc. are not allowed to post Jobs on Internkro. Businesses which are promoting gambling, porn, and other prohibited/illegal/age-inappropriate activities. Third-party Job posting. You can only post Jobs for the organization where you are directly working. Recruiting agencies or any third-party agencies are not permitted to post Jobs on their clients' behalf.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is no materials difference between the Job details that are advertised on Internkro and the details that are communicated to Applicants later in the selection process. Any kind of ‘negative' material difference (like offered stipend being lower than what was showing in the advertisement) will result in suitable actions being taken against you. Any assignments that you may give to Applicants to assess their suitability for the Job should be fair and relevant to the Job profile. Any attempt to get the applicants to work for free of cost disguised as an assessment or get them downloaded or downloaded for your app or to get likes/shares/comments etc. for your social media handles is intended to receive free publicity only in the form of assignments. strictly for. is prohibited and will invite appropriate action against you. All your communications with Applicants (through Internkro Chat or otherwise) should be professionals and must not contains any obscene or offensive content. Once you hire any Applicants for your Job, you must provide them with an offer letter's detailing all the important details of the Job (such as his/her role & responsibilities, remuneration, and payment method) and complete address and contact details of your organization. You must have to pay the promised amount to the selected Applicants as per agreed terms and conditions in their offer letter. Non-payment of reimbursement or delay in payment of remuneration is strictly prohibited and will invite suitable action against you. You must respond within 72 working hours to any Applicant's complaints regarding your Jobs that we may bring to your notice. Failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent suspensions of your Internkro account depending on the nature of the complaints. If you come across any suspicious activity, contents, or behavior on Internkro by an Applicants or another user, you must report it to Internkro immediately so that necessary actions can be taken. While we put our best efforts to reach out to the best talent available in the country, posting your Jobs on Internkro does not guarantee to hire.
You can use the Applicants' data that you receive for your Job solely for hiring. Any kind of attempts to send any other communications (promotional content for example) to the Applicants or any other user of the data is strictly restricted. You are not allowed for transferring/selling/sharing Applicants' data, for free or for a fee, to any other entities. Any such type of attempt would result in your account on Internkro being permanently blocked and would be liable for legal action against you and your organizations.
If you have applied for a Job on Internkro and receive communications from Internkro or Employer regarding your applications, you must respond to it within 72 hours. When you will accept a job offer, you must have to join and start the job on time. Never decline an accepted Job offer at the last moment, or go incommunicado creates a very bad impression of you on the Employer and reduces the credibility of the Applicants. Any such behavior will not only result in your account being blocked on Internkro but we will also report it to your college administration wherever applicable. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of Job applications or creating an account on Internkro – any misrepresentation of information, or hiding of material information, or impersonation in your account can block your account on the website and you being reported to your college administration wherever applicable. You must read carefully Job's complete details (profile, location, remuneration, skills required, etc.) before applying for it. Immaterial applications from your account can be punishable (we may stop you from applying to future Jobs or block your account for always) You are not allowed for transferring/selling/sharing Employers' data (contact details etc.), for free or for a fee, with any other entity. Any kind of such attempt would result in your account in Internkro being permanently blocked you and would be liable for legal action against you. Internkro community is a community of sincere users who are known for high standards of professionalism in their dealings with other users and Employers – you are supposed to maintain these standards and decorum of the community. All your communications with other users of Internkro (through Internkro chat or otherwise) should be professionals and must not contains any obscene or offensive content. You have to go through the ‘Safety Tips for Applicants' section of these Terms and have understood the same. While it is our endeavor to provides you with accurate and reliable Job information; it is always possible for an error to occur. Hence, you must conduct your due diligence and research about an employer or organization before starting a Job and take full responsibility for the same. You have to read and understood the ‘Disclaimers' section of these Terms and explicitly and specifically agree to it. If you come across any suspicious activity, content, or behavior on Internkro by an Employer or another user, you must report or inform to Internkro immediately so that necessary actions can be taken – this is your duty and obligation. While we make our best efforts to bring you the best Job opportunities possible, Internkro does not guarantee a job to students. Upon registration, your registered email id and phone numbers will be automatically subscribed to receive email and SMS notifications from Internkro. You may opt-out of it anytime. Safety Tips for Applicants We endeavor to provide all our users with a safe and hassle-free experience on Internkro. Accordingly, we would like to make Applicants aware of the following safety tips for them.

Offer Jobs from individuals or organizations promoting explicit religious content, a particular religious personality, or a sect, etc. Offer jobs in businesses that promote or practice gambling, porn, and other prohibited/illegal/age-inappropriate activities. Make third-party Job posting. Only that Employer can post jobs that are directly working for that organization. Recruiting agencies or any third-party agencies are not allowed to post Jobs on clients' behalf.
Jobs details communicated to Applicants at any stage are the same as advertised on Internkro and there is no negative material difference (Ex. - offering lower or no stipend than what was advertised on Internkro). Any assignment's that they may give to Applicants to assess their suitability for the Job should be fair and relevant to the job profiles. Any attempt to get the job done for free from applicants disguised as assessment or to get them downloaded or downloaded for the app or to get likes/shares/comments etc. for the social media handles of the employers, only for the purpose of the assignment. It is strictly prohibited to get free publicity in disguise form. All their communications with Applicants (through Internkro chat or otherwise) are professionals and must not contains any obscene or offensive content. Once they hire any Applicant for their Jobs, they must provide them with offer letters detailing all the important details of the Jobs (such as roles & responsibilities, remunerations, and payment mechanism) and complete address and contact details of Employers. They pay the promised remunerations to the selected Applicant on time as per agreed terms and conditions of the Job as detailed in the offer letter. If you come across an example of any Employer violating these guidelines, you must report it to Internkro using Help Center so that we can investigate and take appropriate actions.
